Prin vizita in Turcia, premierul Victor Ponta continua consolidarea relatiei Romaniei cu partenerii externi

Faptul ca premierul Ponta a fost invitat de onoare la inaugurarea tunelului Marmaray este un gest cu puternice semnificatii. Daca adaugam si instalarea placii memoriale consacrate domnitorului Constantin Brancoveanu, este clar ca Turcia face pasi importanti in dezvoltarea unei relatii stranse cu Romania.

Este foarte bine ca Ponta a profitat de prezenta la Istambul alaturi de premierul nipon si a discutat cu acesta. Ne demonstreaza inca o data ca profita de orice ocazie pentru a intari relatiile externe ale Romaniei.

Romania iese din anonimat si incepe sa isi ocupe locul de drept in regiune. Forumul Dunarii, “Drumul matasii”, scutul de la Deveselu, toate acestea fac ca tara noastra sa fie un punct nodal. Un mare merit pentru toate acestea il are premierul Ponta, trebuie sa recunoastem asta, pentru ca prin multitudinea de vizite externe a imbunatatit relatiile externe ale Romaniei.

Cand a fost vreodata Boc invitat de onoare la o inaugurare in afara tarii? Invitatia premierului turc Erdogan pentru Victor Ponta este o dovada a faptului ca relatiile romano-turce sunt pe drumul cel bun, iar din punct de vedere economic vom avea numai de profitat.

Tara noastra trebuie sa profite de pozitia geostrategica de care beneficiaza, iar premierul Ponta a inteles asta, spre deosebire de Basescu si Boc care nu au fost activi in domeniul relatiilor externe. Romania poate deveni un stat cu greutate la nivelul Uniunii Europene, putem avea un cuvant de spus la masa deciziilor, sa nu se mai intoarca guvernantii cu ordinele in plic, cum face Basescu.

ANAF, Garda Financiara si Vama vor fi reorganizate intr-o Directie Antifrauda

Era și cazul ca toți șpăgarii din Garda Financiara sa dispară. Ne-am saturat sa tot vina peste noi, sa inventeze fel și fel de nereguli, sa ne cocoșeze cu amenzi doar pentru a primi șpagă, în timp ce marii evazioniști scapă basma curata.

E foarte buna ideea Guvernului de a transforma una din cele mai corupte instituții din Romania, Garda Financiara, într-o instituție de control care sa verifice marii evazioniști  Trebuie tăiat în carne vie acolo, prea multe sugative într-un singur loc.

Excelenta ideea premierului, de a transforma instituții unde simpli funcționari au ditamai vilele, în instituții cu adevarat de control și care sa stârpească marea evaziune fiscala din țară. S-a dus cu vremea când dacă ți se punea pata pe cineva trimiteai Garda pe el, doar ca sa ii facă necazuri. Bravo Victor Ponta!

Felicitări! Era și cazul ca cineva sa ia măsuri împotriva șpăgarilor de la Vama și Garda Financiara. Pana acum ne cocoșau pe noi, micii antreprenori, pentru ca știau ca de la noi mai scot o șpaga, și lăsau marii evazioniști în pace, nu-și băteau capul cu ei. Sa vedeți acum ce-or sa crească încasările la buget și cum, deodată  or sa dispară o grămadă de tarabagii din piețe, membri ai mafiei fructelor și legumelor.

Sper ca măsura guvernului, una foarte buna de altfel, de a reorganiza Garda Financiara și Vama, sa oprească evaziunea din domeniul fructelor și legumelor și astfel sa avem producători romani în piețe  nu roșii și cartofi de pe la turci.

În contextul respectării condiţionalităţilor cu organismele financiare internaţionale, a fost elaborată şi aprobată Ordonanţa de urgenţă nr.68/2010, care reglementează reorganizarea Ministerului Muncii, Familiei şi Protecţiei Sociale şi a instituţiilor aflate în subordinea, coordonarea  sau sub autoritatea sa, precum şi unele măsuri de reducere a cheltuielilor de personal. 

Astfel, potrivit actului normativ invocat, Ministerul Muncii, Familiei şi Protecţiei Sociale se reorganizează prin preluarea activităţii Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Protecţia Familiei şi a Drepturilor Copilului, a Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Egalitate de Şanse între Femei şi Bărbaţi, a Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Persoanele cu Handicap, precum şi activitatea Institutului Naţional pentru Prevenirea şi Combaterea Excluziunii Sociale a Persoanelor cu Handicap, instituţii publice care se desfiinţează. Pe cale de consecinţă prin reorganizarea acestor instituţii se va asigura nu numai continuitatea activităţii derulate în prezent de acestea ci şi eficientizarea serviciilor viitoare, care au facut obiectul activităţii acestora. Tinem să precizăm, ca de la intrarea în vigoare a actelor normative ce presupun desfiintarea institutiilor mentionate, Ministerul Muncii, Familiei şi Protecţiei Sociale se substituie în toate drepturile şi obligaţiile acestora.

Problema este că primul caz de abuz în familie s-a petrecut deja. Adică mama a patru copii, i-a închis întru-un dulăpior şi a pus lanţul pe uşă, pentru ca, copii să nu scape de acolo. ANPFDC, nu avea autoritate aceasta fiind desfiinţată. Câte cazuri vor urma domnule BOC?
